How do i Exchange or return gear?
OHMY will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from O-H-M-Y.com based on the following details. All returns or exchanges of items must not be worn or washed. OHMY will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the original purchase. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value. All returns will be credited the full amount minus the original cost of shipping, which is nonrefundable.
How do i start an exchange or return?
Send us an email with the original order number and specify the gear that you will be returning or exchanging. We will contact you and let you know a return/exchange file has been opened and upon return of the unworn/unwashed goods a refund or exchange will be processed as per your request.
